If you’ve ever been to the The Henry Ford and Greenfield Village, you know that there’s too much to pack into one day. We’ve taken you along on one of our trips to Greenfield Village, and we’ve gone many a-time since then. For the last several years, we’ve had a membership and that’s because of the generous discount home educator’s receive. We save about $50 on a family membership! Plus, the cost is tax deductible — it’s the gift that keeps on giving. As a home educating and one-income family, getting a discount on a membership that offers so much throughout the year is a true blessing.
In order to receive the discount, you must complete the home educator registration form annually, which wouldn’t be an issue if it was easy to find on their site! I’ve had to call the past two years and either have them send me the form or the link to it since it’s hidden on their site for some reason. Humph!
So, because I’m all about efficiency and sharing, I thought I’d post the link to it on my blog for you guys (and for me next year – smh).

I hope this helps! If so, please let me know in the comments and share with a friend who is as lost as we were before this post! 😉

If I want to purchase a membership, would I pay for it at the museum to show this as proof that we homeschool?

You can either take the form there, or you can call guest services and get an email address to send it to. Hope this helps!
